Natural Kingman Turquoise Earrings with Spessartine Garnet in 14k Yellow Gold

Description: Another of my original designs! Natural, made-in-the-USA, Kingman turquoise and spessartine (from California) garnet earrings in 14k yellow gold (marked) with 14k yellow gold (marked) butterfly closures (these are for pierced ears). The natural Kingman (mine) turquoise is a bluish-green hue and contains sandy brown colored matrix for a distinctive and unique look. The pear-shaped turquoise cabochons are bezel and glue-set (the turquoise does have a backing for extra stability) and finished on the back with 14k yellow gold. The sparkling yellowish-orange natural, faceted, pear-shaped spessartine garnet picks up the sandy brown hue of the turquoise matrix. Each earring measures approximately 32mm from the top of the garnet gemstone to the base of the bezel-set turquoise gemstone. The turquoise gemstones are approximately 4mm thick. The spessartine garnets are pear-shaped (set pointed side down) and measure approximately 6x4mm each. Earrings weigh a total of 10.70 grams (including the butterfly catch on each).
