No. I don't think so because there is a very slight discoloration along the bottom of the back of the card. It is as if a tiny--and I do mean tiny-- amount of paint has been scraped off. Now, I admit I am very picky, but I have seen graded 8s of this card that had many more problems than this one. That is why I call it near mint. My price is just $148.88. Not a penny more.
