The satin finish maximizes the vibration of the body while giving it a vintage tone. No other specifications have been changed, but this is the standard of the new Standard series, where you can enjoy a completely different feeling just by changing the paint. The body top is made of Sitka spruce with aged toner, the back and sides of the body are made of Indian rosewood, the neck is made of mahogany, the fingerboard and bridge are made of ebony, the nut width is 44.5mm, and the scale is long, 25.4 inches. This dreadnought has a balanced sound range and excellent response that is typical of Martin, but the newly adopted satin finish gives it an even richer sound.
