The estimated delivery time given is by UPS and excludes weekends, holidays, peak periods of the year and inclement weather situations. If you find the part is damaged by shipping after opening the box then please file a claim with UPS. The customer must do this since they will schedule a time with you to come look at the box in their claim review. After you start the claim please contact us so we can issue a replacement if available.
