This high-grade, vintage football memorabilia measures approximately 11 1/2" x 7 3/4" and is made of sturdy cardboard with a semi-glossy front. Often mistakenly attributed to 1968 due to the roman numerals printed on the sign in the lower/right border, there's an actual "1970 copyright" mentioned above that in very fine print. The Fleer Big Signs were produced with naturally rounded corners, and features colorful artwork of two different New York Jets players. This Fleer set was licensed by NFL Properties and was issued one year after the Joe Namath-led Jets and his "guaranteed" win in Super Bowl III. <>Condition: the sign is in very *Fine Shape* overall, barely showing any age/handling faults...nice!!!
