Description: Up for your consideration is a partial Indian Head Cent collection. The coins are all Very Fine or better. They all have full readable "Liberty" in the headband. Unless you want to spend some serious money, nearly every coin in this book requires a lot of patience to buy. None are really cheap and some are surprisingly expensive. In several cases, I had to purchase lots to be able to obtain a required date at an acceptable price. Try it, it isn't all that easy!! Grey sheet Bid is over $2700(Without the DANSCO album). That makes the ASK over $2900 and the Retail out of sight(if you can find one). There are 56(It is missing 4 coins) coins in this set, including the three Flying Eagles(also very tough in Very Fine), along with several surprisingly tough Eighties and Nineties. Best set on EBAY(or anywhere else) for the price The 1864 Bronze is Graded VF25 by NGC, the 1964-L is graded VF35 by PCGS, the 1866 is graded VF30 by NGC, the 1867 is graded VF25 by ANACS, the 1868 is graded VF35 by NGC, the 1869 is graded VF20 by ANACS, the 1871 is graded VF30 by ICG, the 1873 is graded VF30 by ANACS, the 1876 is graded VF30 by NGC, the 1878 is graded VF25 by PCGS, the1894 is graded VF35 by ANACS and the 1908-S is graded XF45 by PCGS.. All other coins are Raw(UN-Certified) THERE IS NO SLOT FOR A 1856 FLYING EAGLE. I sold a couple of Good or better sets the past 6 - 8 weeks. See the feedback. I bought a couple large hoards that contained a great mix of dates and the price was right. Had a tough time completing the last half dozen Eighties and Nineties. Some of those are really tough and there is some really poor quality coins available for those dates. Many of them are over graded, over priced or both. I truly do not believe that you can build this set at the selling price. Shipping is via Registered mail so that I can fully insure the shipment.
