There are no snaps at the top of the bag to secure one. Not sure if there was one when this bag was NEW. If you feel you really want / need one, there are plenty of aftermarket rain covers for golf bags for sale on eBay at a nominal cost. There are two embroideries : 1 at the bottom / front zippered pocket. It's a logo. I believe it's of the Thunderbird School of Global Management; but not sure. 2) the zippered pocket on the RH side of the bag says 'Thunderbird Senior Classic.'
