Description: POMADOUR 7" COMPOSITE WOOD WALNUT NUT BOWL CANDY DISH 1982 NUMBERED 173 RARE VTG Up for your consideration is this RARE Vintage Pompadour Nut Bowl / Candy Dish. This molded bowl appears to be made of wood with a carved motif and wood grain around the outer edge but it is in fact some kind of light composite material similar to resin. It has been painted a medium brown tone with a reddish / orange hue and the bottom interior reads "Pompadour 1982 - 173". We were unable to find any similar examples so if you have any more information about this item that you would like to share an email would be appreciated. This would make a great bowl for large nuts such as walnuts or use for any snacks you like. It would certainly make a a great addition to your mid century decor!
