It is done in a rusty brown textured metal with a black metal base. Measures 18.25” tall X 12.25” wide and in excellent condition (never used). There are some small surface scratches on the back of the star from being stored away (see last 2 pictures). Uses a 7 watt bulb or LED equivalent and has a on/off switch on the cord.
