It is in used, but excellent condition. I have examined it and see no damage. Measures a total of 33 3/4 inches from the ceiling to the very bottom tip of the bottom finial.Below,I will break down the length for you. If you look at the first photo, you will see the canopy that looks like an upside down umbrella.The measurement from the top of that to the very bottom tip of the lower finial is 23 inches. There is another 10 3/4 inch chained section that goes from the upside down umbrella to the ceiling. There is a decorative wrought iron ceiling plate at the top of that section. The width of the fixture from the very outer edges of the glass shades is 27 1/2 inches. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
