Description: Rare Jefferson "Exciting Hour" Electric Clock Brushed Chrome Working Order w/Box For sale is this beautiful and in working condition, Jefferson “Exciting Hour” Electric Clock with brushed chrome finish. It may have had just 1 prior owner before me and it’s very nice! Plugged in, set the time on the hour & minute hand and it keeps time. The glass in intact with no major scratches on the glass. Around the edge of the clock are raised hour numbers, 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock with raised radial lines for other hours. The base has minor scratches, smudges, dust and some fingerprint marks here and there. Under the base, the clock is marked CAT. NO. 580-301. This was made in Illinois back in the 1950’s to early 1960’s. Also included is the original box but no original packaging material and the original box lid is missing. The original box has signs of wear and tear as well as yellowing from over the decades. One inside box flap has "Personal Negatives" written in black sharpie. The original directions are included but those go with the “golden hour” version of the Jefferson clock, which is basically identical. Please review all photos and ask any questions.
