Description: RARE! QST Amateur Radio 1928 Annual Jan-Dec. Hardbound Vintage Description: This listing is for a RARE QST Amateur Radio 1928 Annual Jan-Dec. Hardbound book. This volume highlights QST monthly magazine's in one volume for the year 1928 (January to December). QST is the magazine for the American Radio Relay League based in Hartford Connecticut. Hiram Percy Maxim and Clarence Tuska were the founders back in 1914. The club grew to unprecedented size by the 1960's as radio technology flourished in the mid-20th Century. Condition: This book is 96 years old! There has been what appears to be some parts of pages cut out from pages 16-26. There are some small tears on some pages that I noticed flipping through the large volume, but these are on the edges of the paper. There are some pencil writings in the backside of the book (see images). The book was a former library book and has a stamp "Discarded" on the front page (see images). The pages hold well in the spine. The text and illustrations are legible (except for above mentioned cut outs). The book was in storage so there is some dust but no strong musty type odor. There are advertisements as well in the volume, and this makes for a very interesting volume to share with your friends and family. Please see images for more detail.
