Description: RARE Vintage 1940 Porter Chemcraft Chemistry Set Chemistry Illustrations This is one of the original boxes of chemical illustrations and cards that came with the 1940 Porter Chemcraft Set by Porter Chemical Co., Hagerstown, Maryland. It contains all six (6) original unused heavy cardboard sheets with different-colored, printed, perforated chemical blocks on them. The blocks would have been punched out and used to play a game that teaches chemical principles. Comes complete with original 16-page booklet entitled "How To Use The Chemical Illustrators." The box measures approximately 8 1/4" x 5 1/4" x 3/4". It is a bit rough with a few attempted repairs but clean with no markings or stains. The contents are mint unused.
