Description: GORGEOUS and rare ornate gold Hollywood Regency pedestal shell dish by the amazing gold gilt designer, Matson!! It features a stunning ceramic painted dish with gold detailing and metal roses on the border. It’s more beautiful in person! Measures roughly 5 1/2” across. The item is being sold AS-IS in the condition found/pictured. The metal has varying degrees of color and a few spots commensurate with age and use. The metal base has some green coloring. It also appears like the metal roses piece and base might have been reattached at some point since there is visible glue residue on the underside of the shell.
