Description: I put a brand new battery in this, and I could get it to make some static when I moved the volume up and down, but I could not tune in a station. I could hear it going between stations, but I never could lock one in. So I make no guarantees that this radio works correctly, and I do not accept returns. See photos for condition. I have not tried to clean this up at all.
