Description: Cleveland Indians fan favorite during the 1950’s, Rocky Colavito, has passed at the age of 91. His power hitting and strong defensive arm in the outfield made him a force to be reckoned with offensively and defensively during his 14-season Big League career. Rocky amassed 374 career home runs, hitting at least 20 dingers in 11 consecutive seasons. He was the AL Home Run Leader in 1959, and RBI Leader in 1965. Colavito went on to play for 7 different teams during his career, and coached for both the Indians and Kansas City Royals after his playing days were done. It was no surprise Rocky was inducted into the Cleveland Indians/Guardians Hall of Fame in 2006. This card is timeless! A Black & White photo of a smiling Rocky against a yellow background, with a certified authentic autograph of Colavito right above it. This on card, certified autograph was part of Panini’s 2014 Golden Age product. Colavito’s autograph has been signed in smudge-free bold blue ink, directly on the card front.
