Description: Antique real photo postcard: JACOBS-HUTCHINSON HARDWARE COMPANY, four proprietors/owners/men in front of a large brick building with company name above and also on the window; a quick search confirmed that this business is based in FAIRMONT, WEST VIRGINIA (Marion County) and is still in operation today (“Founded in 1902, Jacobs and Hutchinson originated as a family-owned hardware store servicing mines and mine workers in north-central West Virginia.”); card has no date, but has the BADGER mark to the stamp area, dating it to pre-1909; possibly dates to 1902 and the opening of the store. Very rare; as far as I can tell it hasn't been listed or sold online for at least the past 15+ years; BUT their website has this image (https://jacobsandhutchinson.com/about/). Condition is VG with heavy corner bump/tear, small piece of tape, two wrinkles.
