Description: This vintage deeply carved blackware style wedding vase are produced in both Santa Clara and San Ildefonso pueblos. It had a signature but has worn off over the years making it hard to say which it came from. It has a nice twisted handle form and measures approx. 4.25" tall x 2.5" wide. It was produced using a reduction firing and stone polishing process to achieve the beautiful black pottery these pueblos are known for. Condition on this good with no cracks or chips and very little scratching or scuffing. It will make a great addition to any southwest pottery collection. P-27
