Description: Scott Publications Specialty Series: United States Commemoratives stamp album containing stamps issued between 1960 and 1971. Album is approximately 90% full, containing hundreds of stamps. Stamps are in sleeves which are mounted to pages; stamps themselves are unused, mint, never hinged. The stamps can be removed from the sleeves. Album itself shows its age: binding is split at front hinge and shows signs of general wear and age. A few pages are stained. It should be noted that the leaves that form the content of the album can be removed and bound in a new album; this was a key concept for these albums.
