For those of you who may be confused about the different numbers listed for this unit on eBay as I was, let me offer a clarification. The nomenclature for the complete system (transmitter, headphones, and Digital Optical connecting Wire, and electrical power source wire (wall plug) is the RS 175. The Transmitter/Charging Base tower has its own nomenclature of TR 175. And finally, the Headphones has its own nomenclature of HDR 175. Some sellers have listed their units using the wrong number of only a piece of the entire set, while other sellers are merely selling one component, such as the headphones, or transmitter. Hope that helps. The reason for my selling my unit is that I no longer need its service having acquired a streaming device for my hearing aids. I should add my Top-of-the-line hearing aids do not provide the purity of sound and dolby surround capability as provided by this unit. And if you have children or grandchildren who have an XBox or Playstation unit who play video games, this unit provides fantastic audio to the player, while being able to mute their TV's volume as to not interfere with others in the house watching their programs on another TV, listening to music, , talking on the phone, etc. This unit will also make a wonderful gift.
