I had to use 5/32 wrench to remove it instead of standard alan key. This is just the cover to the bolts not the actual bolts. One non original brake barrel adjuster the other one is original and had to have the cable end drilled out. Dura ace levers. See pics. I believe this is first edition dura ace. See pics.
