PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONThree-component, transparent coating with acrylic-polyester nature, for the decoration of different kinds of materials, such as glass, metal, baked clay, through sublimation… APPLICATION FIELDSVarnishing of manufactures that have to be subsequently treated through sublimation decoration.This product is indicated for application onto wood, mugs, glass, pre-varnished and not pre-varnished aluminium, and metals in general. APPLICATION PROCESS3-A Sublimation components (A+B+C) was created for spray or curtain coating application. However other applications, such as roller coating, are not excluded; through these application techniques, it is NOT possible to assure an excellent final result.TRANSFER CONDITIONSTemperatureTime 180°C - 210°C 30 sec. – 5 minutes (depending of material) The transfer time may vary, according to the kind and the thickness of the substrate.SPRAY APPLICATIONAPPLICATION:Spray the varnish onto clean and degreased surfaces, in order to obtain a perfect adhesion onto the substrate.It is recommended to use 1,2 - 1,4 mm diameter nozzles with at least a 4 atm pressure.Recommended thickness: 40-50 μmPot-life at 20-25 °C: 4-5 hours Mixture Rate: A:B:C - 2:1:1 ( 100ml A : 50ml B : 50ml C )First Mix A+B, afterwards added and mix C.Package include 3 components A+B+C, 3 bottles with total 200ml mixture.Component A 100ml , Component B 50ml and Component C 50ml . Theoretical performance for thickness 40 μm: 1 L mixture - about 10 m2 ( with 200 ml mixture – about 2 m2 )DRYING:Open air at 25-35° C· Tack-free within 1 hour· It may be handled after 6 hours· Total hardening within 24 hours Into oven at 80° C : 45 minutes (it is recommended a previous drying at room temperature for about 30 minutes).GENERAL FEATURES· Excellent “reception” of the sublimation· High chemical/physical resistances· Application versatility (indicated to different substrates)· Excellent brightnessSPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS· Always test the application characteristics, before starting production.· Always check drying conditions.· It is recommended to do preliminary tests, in order to determine the right transfer time and temperature.Note*: Use glove during use.
