Appears to be a rare variant as all other models with the TV display on the backside also have the battery compartment and rotating wheel system on the underside - this example does not.In good pre-owned condition considering its age. There's overall wear including dings, dents, scratches, missing parts, etc. I'm assuming this is a friction tin car, unfortunately the friction mechanism does not work but wheels rotate fine.
