It is unclear if these hybrids were ever meant for release. There are also -4 A-side and -1 B-Side hybrids in existence Labels appear to have serif typeface on A- and B-side labels. (Serif font family are close to Time new Roman and san serif close to Arial). 'Printed and made by Garrod & Lofhouse Ltd.' in lower right corner of the rear sleeve. ref - https://www.discogs.com/release/5012691-The-Beatles-Rubber-Soul This rare copy...: Has reasonably low mother indicators too: Side 1 = 2/P Side 1 = 4/GROMatrix / Runout (Runout side A, stamped): XEX 579-1Matrix / Runout (Runout side B, stamped): XEX 580-4 The sleeve is intact, a bit of laminate creasing and some signs of handling on the rear, very nice condition all round - spine looks great, please view all photos The inner sleeve is creased but intact The labels and vinyl show signs of a well loved past, so visually not excellent, but not too bad. There is a scratch, not too deep, across side 2, although its impact is there, there are no skips etc. , so it looks worse than it plays for sure How does it play? Side 1 - plays through great! A bit of crackle between tracks , no major interference though so a pleasant listen - one indicator of retaining a good quality sound is the quiet track Michele, often heard with lots of crackle - this sounds great in the loud cut! Side 2 - despite the scratch across the side there are no skips; but there are clicks that are heard all the way through, they don't overpower the music and are more apparent in the quiet bits, so still good to listen to...but not perfect, please bear this in mind Priced accordingly...
