Martine Franck was the famed Belgian photographer and these images were used originally in the Limited Editions Club's "The Man Who Planted Trees" by Jean Giono. Franck took the photos in the south of France, the same place that inspired Giono. Each photogravure is numbered and signed by the artist. Three leaves letterpress and five photogravures - near fine - index page slightly curved on one side due to the way it was laying in the box for a long length of time. Clamshell box - good - some fading from sunlight - see pics - around edges on the front. Large folio - 21 x 16 x 1
