Description: VERY RARE 1960s No Evil Monkey Vitacup Ivorine Figure with Original Box! NICE! Original circa 1960's boxed No evil 3 wise monkeys figure which was given away with a drink called "Vitacup". The box says "Vitacup "Ivorine" Animal" on the front, and on the reverse it states that this is a "New Series" of models, and it lists all the animals and birds in the series. It looks as though the box was glued to the packet or jar of Vitacup as there is some glue residue on the reverse of the box. The 3 wise monkeys are ivory in color and made from a plastic material - the figure is actually very well modelled and is of a better quality than is usually seen with these sort of giveaway items. Vitacup was originally devised by Rowntrees, but seems to have been marketed by Colmans ( of mustard fame!). An excellent item for a collection, especially as it comes with the scarce box.
