Description: FOUR Vintage 50's "Atomic Starburst" Ice Tea Tumblers...Three Match, Fourth Same Series Three are "Gold / White / Gold" top to bottom. The fourth is "White" at top only. 5"T, 2 7/8" Diam, 9 oz net weight each, 10 oz volume "rimmed out" :-) All 4 are V VG Condition. Atomic Starburst was produced by nearly every manufacturer in the 50's / 60's, each graphic much different from the next. A couple of same-pattern listings say "Hazel Atlas", but surfing HA Starburst patterns specifically does not show this one over hundreds of listings. Nor does Federal, Anchor Hocking, Bartlett-Collins, Libbey... The exact pattern is found in combinations of gold, bronze and white stars, which are very simple 8-points, grouped in patterns of 3. And lastly, surfing listings only produces the same seven or eight pics of this exact series. These sellers have also had a problem confirming a manufacturer, so all are generic. Chances are that tumbler blanks were bought by a smaller firm who in turn decorated them.
