Description: Vintage AO American Optical safety goggles. Made in U.S., unknown manufacturing date. Brown "tortoise shell marble" Bakelite frame with glass lenses metal outer rings leather center. Measure approx. 7" side edge to edge, lenses approx. 2" in circumference including outer ring. In great condition for age no cracks, chips or repairs. There are a few imperfections that include need a detailed cleaning dust-dirt spots on lenses and center, missing head strap. Even though there are a couple imperfections goggles are in great condition for age. They would make an excellent addition to any collection.
