VINTAGE Asahi Pentax Japan Spotmatic SP 35mm Camera & Case & Strap

Description: ASAHI PENTAX of JAPAN! SPOTMATIC SP 35mm CAMERA WITH ORIGINAL LEATHER CASE and STRAP Asahi Pentax Spotmatic SP From Japan! This is more sought after SP compared to the Honeywell, which was marketed to the USA and sold here. This would be the original SP version, pre- F etc - circa 1964 - I'm including the form fitted Leather case and strap both came with it originally. Condition of the case is good - some wear for sure but everything is very well intact. Same deal with the strap! The Camera is being sold as is and as not working, but the Shutter DOES release and advance, etc however, it's "tired" - if you did a CLA (Clean, Lube, adjust) on this it would work like new I'm sure. I haven't checked the battery terminal for the meter or opened the back to check the light seals, but if you were actually going to shoot with this, they prob should be replaced I would think. This is more of a collectible, and the case and strap are getting harder to find as well so I am including everything as ONE auction for you! MADE IN JAPAN!!
