For sale is a small vintage beige hand crocheted dresser scarf.We got a bunch of hand crocheted items from an estate sale several years ago. The estate sale was at a home of a lady who had recently passed away. The estate sale owner told us they were all made by the lady's mother and she remembered her mother crocheting while she was growing up, but many were made before she was able to remember her mother doing the craft. Given that she was in her mid 70s, we trust it would be safe to assume that the pieces we got were all made around 1960 or earlier. Almost all of the table runners are clearly made from the same crocheting thread, so we trust they were all made around the same time. We also noticed upon listing them all that there are several sizes of the same crochet pattern among this collection. This dresser scarf is a beige color and measures 14" by 9" and would be perfect for an end table, bedside table, vanity or dresser. As you can see, the pattern is really quite ornate.This runner is in excellent, vintage condition. As shown in the pictures above, there are some spots along the edges that got caught on things from time to time and nicked the edges. This item will be shipped in a padded envelope via insured ground advantage with the USPS. We put all our items that ship in padded envelopes in between cardboard and bubble wrap if necessary for extra protection during shipping. Thanks for looking and God bless!
