Pages have no rips, tears or creases. Minor bumped edges. All pages are untouched and have not been done! There is a crease / fold to the upper corner of the back cover. It has been taped to make sure that it does not weaken. Back & front cover may show some bumped edges. Two small scratches on front upper right hand corner near price. Binder is strong & tight!! No pages are falling out! Overall it is in good condition & clean! Please look at all my photo's as part of the detailed description. If you have any question please ask.
