Not sure if that was the persons initials who this was made for or if it stood for "sister". It is clean and in excellent condition. I just did a thorough inspection and I do see 2 missing stitches that were not noticeable at first. See the "grass" in the bottom right corner of the house. It was hard to get good pictures of this it was done on larger aida cloth and not the typical size that comes in cross stitch kits. The X's are 1/16th of an inch if that helps.
