Description: Vintage From 1940’s Feed Sack Hexagon Quilt Top You Can Finish . This quilt top was stitched by hand back in approximately 1940's. There are 1927 hexagons in the quilt top and you can look at it for days and still discover new fabrics. As was common, back in the 1940's someone would stitch the top and not have the financial resources or time to quilt it by hand and it would sit on a shelf, unused, for generations, until someone finally sells the quilt top to someone who will finish it off so it can be enjoyed. Quilt top has not been used. Shown on a standard queen size bed. 62”x82” The top is in excellent shape and should last for years to come.
