Description: Old glass dome that I purchased years ago and have used as a cloche/dome/display cover. It is an unusual old piece of glass and perhaps was originally some type of lighting shade. It measures approx 7 inches tall and approx 5.5 inches across the open end. It has a slight raised "knob", not really a traditional knob. The glass is indented all the way around giving it a ribbed glass look. It has a lovely old primitive appearance and I used it on the black stand it is displayed on but the black stand is not for sale. Listing is for the glass dome only. It has a straw mark in the glass in the area of the dome - not a crack - just the way old glass was made. It has a few small rough edges on the bottom rim. Buyer to pay shipping. I will package carefully in a box and ship promptly.
