Description: Vintage Hyatt Chicago Hotel Commercial Baggage Cart Sign- 2 Layers 1/4" Steel I have several different signs from the downtown Hyatt Chicago Hotel that came from a sign company that were updating the signs. This sign is as heavy duty as they get. Looks to be two 22" square pieces of 1/4" Stainless steel with 1 1/4" wide pieces of stainless steel as spacers, all of which are professionally welded together. making this sign around 1 1/2" thick and of course very heavy. The sign is painted blue and then self stick white letters were applied on both sides. The letters could easily be removed with a heat gun or hair dryer. You could then put any self stick sign you wanted on both sides. There are holes drilled in the side on one side of the sign and then threads were tapped into the holes. Looks to be around 1/2" threads. There looks to be some chips in paint that have been touched up. Please look at the pictures closely and judge the condition, size and content of this lot for yourself as our photos are a large portion of our description.
