The lamp with the girl works but I could not get the boy lamp to light up. I think it just needs rewiring which is an easy fix if you are handy. I am not and did not want to remove the original wiring. Pictures are part of the description. Please look at them closely and ask questions before purchasing. I have tried to show the defects by taking close ups. The girl is missing her feet and there is a small chip on the hem of her dress and on the bottom of her dress which you do not see unless looking for it. Also there is a small chip on the back of the boy lamp on the purple flower. Overall these are wonderful pieces of workable art.
