Description: Vintage Military Style Cargo Pants Black Arctic Trouser Shell Made Romania NOSNew Old Stock, Unused but may show some light scuffs / marks on from long term storage (See Picture #7, #8 & #9 for examples). The top front waist measured to the bottom of the crotch is 15" and the pant leg opening measures 11" from side to side. Waist has a button and drawstring closure and the bottom of the legs have a drawstring on as well. Very nice vintage cargo pants styled after the M1951 Arctic Trouser shell.
