Description: Vintage Olympia De Luxe typewriter with case. This piece has a light gray metal frame with blue-green accents for a great mid century look. Comes with what looks to be the original key, but I haven't gotten it to work yet. CONDITION: Sold as-is for decor or repairs. Not currently working but looks like it'd be well usable with a little TLC. Only a handful of the keys work currently while the rest are stuck in place, feeling like they may need to be oiled at the least. The few keys that worked made readable impressions, so the ribbon might actually be usable still. The right platen knob has come apart and may need to be glued back together as it's not functional right now. The outside of the case shows some decent wear with heavy dust staining and a torn section in the finish along one back corner. The key is quite rusted and slightly bent -- I haven't been able to get it to work yet. Interior has not been inspected. MEASUREMENTS: Typewriter itself measures about 13 3/8 inches wide by 12 1/2 inches deep by 6 inches tall.Case measures about 14 1/4 inches by 14 3/4 inches by 7 1/2 inches.
