There is an outer shell with nylon lining. It isn’t puffy/filled. Guesstimate circa 1970s (maybe early 1980s). See label(s): Made in Korea. Sourced in/from the greater San Francisco Bay Area of California. Size S. NOT a stretchy fabric.
