VINTAGE SANTA FE ATSF RAILROAD PASSENGER LOUNGE CAR MAGAZINE BINDER EMBLEM SIGN

Description: Hello. Up for consideration is a Vintage Original Santa Fe Railroad Passenger Car/Lounge Car Hard Cover "Photoplay" Magazine Binder that's in Excellent Condition. Comes from my late father's Railroadiana Collection of over 50 years who lived in Southern California. Looks all original showing signs of use, wear and age including some marring/rub marks, some discoloration (inside binder) and some surface rust on the metal parts but I don't see any broken or damaged parts. Front and back covers are very strong/firm/solid with nice texture/grain (see photo 10). Marked on inside "Torsion Binder Designed and MFD by The Barrett Bindery Co. Chicago USA Since 1887" (see photos 6 & 7). Metal strap unfastens to allow the magazine to be secured inside (see photos 8 & 9). Large Santa Fe Logo is two inches square and has bright/bold/vibrant color that would display nicely. Overall a very nice Santa Fe Lounge Car Binder with excellent graphics and design sure to please the new owner. Measures approximately 12 by 9 1/2 inches.
