His eyes, nose and mouth are painted on vintage paper. He is an inspired version of the 1960s blow mold trick or treat bucket. He has a pirate flag on the backside of him! Pirate is a lantern and comes with battery tea light He measures 12” tall with his hat Approximately 10” wide 10” depth 33” circumference! He has festoon at bottom!
