The scrapbook has a lot of newspaper clippings taken from the local Frederick MD newspaper showing the flood and how it affected the citizens of this town. Most of the clippings are loose because the tape has fallen off of them due to age. There are also three loose pages in the scrapbook that have fallen out of the binding. The Frederick Flood book has a little wear to the back cover and a slight rip in the upper right part of the front cover. None of the other pages are ripped or torn. This is a softcover not a hardback. The Frederick Flood book measures approximately 13 1/2 inch by 10 1/4 inch and weighs 8 ounces. The scrapbook measures approximately 13 inch by 12 1/2 inch and weighs 2 pounds. I will package this item with the utmost care.
