Description: A very nice vintage tin Kyowa Japan rear friction Police Dept. Highway Patrol (Plymouth) car. Piece is in good condition with light wear, some scuffs and oxidation to the chrome pieces. Paint and/or graphics are very good. Rear friction does not work very well at all and the car doesn't move. Car measures 9." in length and makes for a really nice looking display.
