Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE WAGNER MANUFACTURING COMPANY ANTIQUE CAST IRON "B" STYLE POPOVER or MUFFIN GEM PAN This early cast iron "B" Style Popover or Muffin gem pan is about 100 years old and has that fine, smooth cooking surface that is characteristic of the early American cast iron. According to the "red book" reference guide, this style was made by Wagner from 1900-1924 and according to the "blue book" reference guide, this style dates from the 1920s. This form is still a great pan for baking and, given the excellent condition of this pan, it will make a very nice display piece. It is marked WAGNER WARE and B on the back of the cups in incuse lettering. This pan stripped down to bare metal using collector-approved lye bath. This process insures the removal all residue from previous use making it safe to use once more. Then we added three rounds of seasoning with BuzzyWaxx, which is a high-end blend of grape seed oil, canola oil and bees wax that results in an amazing dark finish and a wonderful base seasoning. The result... a beautiful black cooking surface. Ready to use, display and enjoy! This pan is approximately 11 1/8" long and 7 3/4" wide and each cup is approximately 2 1/2" wide at the top, 2" wide at the bottom and approximately 1 1/2" deep. It weighs approximately 4 3/4 pounds.
