Description: The round basket it's self is in great condition, however the stitching on the leather covers on the handles need re-stitching. the holes are there, not torn, but both need some re-stitching, see photos. also a few of the "buds" are missing, maybe they are grapes, see photos. the green leaves are embroidered onto the basket by hand. the lid is hinged and has a clasp both in excellent condition. clean inside and out. 9 1/2" tall, 10" wide, strap drop 3 1/2". Not sure what country this is from, a similar one on ebay states Mexican/American Indian.
