Description: This awesome vintage skirt is made out of a Couleur International velvet, it reminds me of a Jack Lenor Larsen fabric.It has an elastic waist and side slit.It measures laid flat 36" long, 20 1/2" across the hip area and will fit a 27" to 34" waist best.It is in overall great vintage condition with a tiny flaw in the velvet on the back, see picture.This will make a fine addition to any vintage wardrobe!
