Description: VTG 60s Black & White Velvet Tuxedo Mini Dress W/ Accordion SleevesGood vintage condition, w/ flaws. Dress is black & white w/ the black sections being velvet & the white sections feel like nylon or a nylon blend & have an accordion pleat throughout. There are ruffle collar & sleeve cuffs, & a black bow detail at front neckline w/ rhinestone buttons down the front bib. There are sections at the front bib at the top where the bow is that have purple colored stains around the ruffle & next to bow, but the bow hides them. These look to be color bleed from the black colored bow. There is a purple stain on the very top button & faint discoloration or fading on the bow itself. There is discoloration around the ribbon trim at both sleeve cuffs & the front left ribbon trim is coming unstitched. There's a hole in the left cuff seam & a stain at the front right cuff. There are a few stains at the back right sleeve & a tiny stain on the front left sleeve. Parts of hem lace trim have come unstitched. Please look through photos to get a good idea of condition.
