Both tier pairs that I have available are new & unused in their original zippered bags. One zippered bag is nearly pristine; the other has a black markered area on the front- which looks like it's covering up a lighter color writing (possibly an old price as I have other window treatments with prices written in blue marker in the same general area). The first persons who purchase will receive them with the bag in the best condition. Also note- Waverly home linens are considered good quality. They do however seem to (most times) have excess threads hanging from some of their sewn areas. If you are like me and picky about this kind of thing, These threads can be easily snipped, with care taken for the surrounding fabric, using a small pair of scissors or nail clippers.
