Description: Unusual and rarely seen White Star Line reed-and-star sauce dish from the on-board service. This pattern was first introduced on board the Olympic and Titanic. Measures about 6.25" x 4.75" x 2.5"″. Made by Elkington plate and dated to 1930, meaning it was probably made for the up-coming entry into service of their new Britannic. Great condition with a very small dent in the bowl.
