Please do not make a big deal out of it, because it's not. Replacement jewel cases cost between 25-50 cents. This is just a possible outcome, so it's a possibility, if this is a problem, please do not buy here. Item Description (Internal note: file under "W") We do not grade jewel cases, if there's a crack in case-we'll describe it as such but other than that we'll grade everything else but the plastic jewel cases. Original CD. There are no cuts or holes in paper inserts. There is a light crease and a couple of tab dents to the last/inner page of front insert. There are very few tiny and very light scratches to CD that in no way affect the playback. Made in USA. DRG label.
